# Ask Media

> Use the Ask Media Card to ask customers open-ended questions and capture their responses. The answers can be stored in variables and reused anywhere in your BotFlow to create personalized conversations.

#### Overview

The **Ask Media** card allows you to request media files from customers during a conversation. This can include documents, images, videos, or audio files, making it easy to collect important information directly within the chat.

This is the message shown to the customer requesting the media. Keep it short, clear, and specific so users understand exactly what they need to upload.
